Join us for a fantastic weekend trip to St. Augustine, FL.
We will depart Page Field early on Saturday 6/28 and make our way up to the beautiful Palm Coast city of Saint Augustine.
Upon arrival there we will board vehicles (Uber/Lyft) for a 10 minute ride to the Castillo de San Marcos. After touring the Castillo and possibly seeing a canon fire demonstration we will have lunch in a super nice restaurant in the historic downtown of St. Augustine.
After lunch we will board a hop-on, hop off "train" and tour the city's many beautiful sights.
Participants who elect to stay overnight will then check in to their hotel or Bed and Breakfast (we have a few recommendations). Participants not staying overnight would then return to the airport (KSGJ) for their flight home to Page.
Those of us who will stay are in for a treat! St. Augustine really comes alive at night. Lots of restaurants, some with rooftops overlooking the water, offer great food and entertainment. There are plenty of pubs and a martini bar, as well. Live music is playing in many of the cozy and well decorated courtyards along St. George Street.
